Gratitude Meditation Exercise

 Make 2 lists. A list of things in your life for which you feel gratitude. Your children, your home, your car, your parents, anything that you can express heart-felt gratitude about in your life right now. Then, make a list of things you would like to have in your life. Spend some time each morning being thankful for your first list, and picturing your second list as though it were already DONE. Then you will give thanks to the universe for bringing you everything that you wanted to have happen. When I say every day, with children I have not been able to get this to happen every day although it is my intention to do so. You will see results if you do this as many days as you can, for as many moments as are reasonable. Ideally you will do this 15 to 20 minutes early in the morning and 5 to 10 minutes before you go to sleep. You can also slip into being thankful or picturing your outcomes when you are stuck in traffic, standing in line, etc
